Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.15 years of experience working as a technical software engineering leader or 13 years with an advanced degree.5 years of experience in architecting and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with Cloud based architectures.3 years of experience with AI- assisted development tools.Experience with technical innovation within cross-functional engineering environments.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other relevant engineering discipline.Entrepreneurial drive and experience developing high-growth technology products and services.Deep understanding of programming languages, and knowledge of language design principles.Understanding of trade-offs involved in language design decisions, including performance, readability, expressiveness, and safety considerations.Understanding of the software development life cycle and opportunity for enhancement with GenAI.Ability to balance detailed, technical guidance with big picture strategy, enabling teams to deliver products that are effective.
