Team Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive digital marketer to join our Campaign Team! You’ll report into the Head of Campaigns and Creative and be part of a global team with colleagues and peers across The Americas, EMEA and APAC.
You will strategically help develop and drive marketing campaigns in key strategic initiative areas, taking business objectives and turning them into highly targeted, digital-led campaigns to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
We’re looking for a customer-oriented and motivated individual that can recommend and deliver the best communications, channels and tactics to meet the objectives of strategic marketing campaigns in certain markets. You’ll also support regional events from a branding and communications perspective, keeping the customer experience front of mind.
You’ll have multiple stakeholders and projects to manage at one time, so you’ll need to be comfortable with self-prioritization and working across teams. We’re looking for a collaborative, strong communicator who can be comfortable with ambiguity at times – if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Our Headquarters is located in Southlake, Texas – You’ll have the ability to work in a hybrid, flexible work environment; from home on some days and from the office – 3 days a week -- on others.
Role and Responsibilities
+ You’ll own the digital campaign for key strategic initiatives, defining the marketing mix, setting KPI’s and continually tracking and optimizing performance.
+ In partnership with customer and product teams or agency resources, create, deliver and manage marketing content to meet campaign objectives and maximize audience engagement (e.g. web landing pages, videos and animations, social posts, videos, blogs, white papers and case studies.
+ Project manage and coordinate execution including agency management, approvals, translations, deployment of communications, overseeing launch to market, and performance tracking.
+ Support industry and customer events within the regions you’re responsible for (including virtual events), sponsorships and ABM activities – all while keeping the customer and brand experience front of mind.
+ Work closely with Demand Ops team to analyze data to optimize audience segmentation and targeting.
+ Be part of a collaborative global team to share ideas, best practices, and drive campaign success.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements
+ Min. 5+ years professional digital campaign marketing experience.
+ Experience in B2B campaigns with strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
+ An understanding of digital marketing techniques such as social media for B2B, programmatic advertising, digital content marketing, marketing automation, SEO/PPC and account-based marketing.
+ Understanding of the importance of measurement and tracking of marketing performance, ability to analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, and insights to set appropriate campaign objectives and KPI’s.
+ Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and business units including leadership stakeholders across the business.
+ Strong copywriting skills for promotional marketing communications such as emails and social media posts.
+ Detail-oriented and creative-minded, with and an understanding of what ‘good’ looks like for B2B technology marketing campaigns.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
+ Fluent English speaker/writer. A second language of Italian, German, French or Spanish would be highly desirable.

+ Experience working across a matrixed organization where there are multiple stakeholders to manage.
+ Experience using marketing automation tools such as Pardot, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
+ Experience working with and briefing marketing agencies and creative freelancers.
+ Solid understanding of using social media for business.
+ A curiosity for the travel industry, ecosystem and market conditions.
+ Ability to think strategically and regionally to devise and adapt content and plans per local market requirements.
