Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our employed provider team at our South Hadley Adult Medicine location.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
• Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1st call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.
• State-of-the-art EMR and strong tech support.
• Strong Advanced Practitioner & Physician collaboration. Our APP leadership team provides robust orientation, ongoing professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
• Flexible schedule. Full time and part time work is available. Full time consists of 32 patient facing hours.
