Education/Skills:
Basic computer skills
Basic math or POS experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Management and Customer Service experience
Show initiative
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to move merchandise throughout the store
Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
Ability to lift50lbs. unassisted, 70 lbs. with assistance
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
Ability to obtain Forklift Certification and operate a forklift on a regular basis
Ability to climb steps to Forklift cab

Demonstrate training and leadership to volunteer groups
Require minimal supervision
Report to Backroom Supervisor
Estimated Time Commitment: 40+ hours/week, rotating Monday-Saturday schedule. Saturday availability is required. 8-hour shifts scheduled based on the needs of the store, between the approximate hours of 8AM and 7PM.
