Overview: Muller Infrastructure is a P3 developer that provides alternative delivery solutions for higher education institutions and municipalities. We are seeking an experienced and motivated President to lead our company's expansion efforts in infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have existing strong relationships with higher education business office reps and municipalities (particularly in the Mid-Atlantic USA region) and be knowledge of alternative delivery mechanics and strategies. This position will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and executing the company's P3 or Public-Private Partnership business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Suggest P3 marketing strategies to create opportunities, both in the Mid-Atlantic (developer and general contractor) and throughout the country (developer only).
- Research and make suggestions to CEO on P3 project types and strategies that can be offered and partnerships that can be formed to capture attention of potential clients, address most common pain points, and make win rate higher.
- Manage/work with and motivate internal BD team, marketing team, consultants and advisors daily to get in front of Higher Ed and municipality decision makers (C-suite).
- Attend industry events to get in front of, get attention of and form relationships with higher ed and municipality decision makers (C-suite).
- Qualify opportunities.
- Prioritize qualified opportunities and move deals forward in a very intentional and strategic manner.
- Work with internal BD/marketing/data team and advisors to generate leads, propose deal structure options to clients, locate and facilitate relationship with strategic partners/stakeholders, calculate project risk, kick off and manage project.
- Network with industry professionals and be aware of P3 opportunities and partnerships that should be relayed to CEO for evaluation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of P3 experience.
- A high-level understanding of infrastructure, P3s, and project development & delivery (preferred but not required).
- Strong existing relationships with higher education business office contacts (COO, CFO) in the Mid-Atlantic region (DC, VA, MD, DE, WV, PA & NC) and throughout the country.
- At least 10 years' professional
- Understands how such institutions function (politics, decision-making, parlance, bureaucracy, culture, capital planning, budgeting).
- Outgoing, engaging, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with HQ, and manage multiple, long-lead project development activities.
