Position Overview:
As the Preschool Marketing/Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting our preschool programs and coordinating exciting events for families and the community. Your creativity and marketing skills will help us connect with prospective families and strengthen our brand in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement diverse marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online ads.
• Create engaging content using tools such as Canva, Adobe and Mailchimp, among others.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads to attract new families to our programs.
• Coordinate and plan monthly preschool events, including open houses and anniversaries.
• Budget for marketing initiatives and events to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure successful execution of events and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community to promote events and programs.
• Utilize technology to track engagement and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• BA in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing and event coordination.
• Proficient in various marketing tools and platforms, with strong technology skills.
• Ability to budget and manage resources effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to commute to other schools as needed.
