Are you a great communicator with a passion for helping people? We're a growing medical services company, and we're looking for Call Center Agents (English/Spanish) to join our team! You'll be handling inquiries and sales calls in a fast-paced, supportive environment. If you're ready to bring your energy, professional tone, and clear communication to the table, we want you!
What You'll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to product inquiries, sales, and service information.
• Engage potential clients with a friendly and professional approach.
• Use your communication skills to guide conversations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document all call details accurately in our system.
• Work with the team to hit sales targets and improve processes.
Ideal (But Not Required):
• Experience with dialer platforms like Vicidial or similar systems is a big plus!
• Sales or customer service experience, especially in a call center environment, is helpful.
What You Bring:
• Fluent in English OR Spanish (spoken and written).
• A clear, professional voice tone and great communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to commute to our office in the West Brickell area (no remote positions available).
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including some evenings or weekends.
