POSITION SUMMARY
The Pre-Sales Coordinator is the primary contact between the dealership and the company. They will work with the dealer salesmen to produce sales drawings and pricing that is derived from the QuoteWriter specifications provided.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Receive, log, review, edit, and manipulate presales firetruck configuration files generated in QuoteWriter software and submitted to Rosenbauer by the dealer network.
- Work jointly with Pre-Sales Drafters to develop sales drawings that match the QW files.
- Work cross functionally with engineering for special projects to create sales drawings.
- Review the special requests within configuration files, search for non-standard parts, work with outside vendors and apply pricing structure to the requests.
- Communicate with the dealer network, internal staff, customers, and vendors to assure accuracy and clarity of the intention of the specifications provided.
- Communicate with other Pre-Sales team members with issues.
- Track the status of multiple simultaneous projects, to respond to timeline inquiries from dealership staff and supervisor.
- Work to continuously improve the configuration software, forms, and processes we use to perform our functions.
- Stay current on new products and market trends by reading industry publications, websites, vendor presentations.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company.
