Our Corporate Office is looking to hire a Post-Closing Support Specialist. This position is not remote.

Job Title: Post-Closing Support Specialist

Reports To: Shipping Acquisitions Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Post-Closing

Division: Corporate

Salary Range: $30K to $40K per year

******This position is not remote. Must report daily to Corporate Headquarters********

Summary: Responsible for aiding and supporting the Collateral and Shipping teams with the objective of maintaining efficient service levels.

Duties:

• Receiving and distributing all mail/parcel deliveries to appropriate parties.
• Stacking/preparing closed loan files for processing.
• Process and produce Non-QM collateral folders for bulk shipment.
• Produce/Endorse/Print Allonges for Management execution.
• Sort and ship Final Documents, to DocProbe (document custodian).
• Sort, scan and package all outgoing documents/parcels.
• Create and maintain accurate shipping manifests for accurate reporting.
• Regularly perform housekeeping duties related to closed loan package retention and storage.
