About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client portfolios, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing administrative support to the investment team. Key responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, assisting with client communications, processing transactions, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in financial software. A background in finance or related fields is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client portfolio records.
-Research and remediate reconciliation discrepancies daily
- Monitor investment performance and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with transaction processing and account maintenance.
-Manage operational aspects of new account onboarding
- Communicate with clients regarding portfolio updates and inquiries.
- Support the investment team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of back/middle office financial work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
