Pool & Spa Technician - Spherion

We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Pool Cleaner and Service Technician to join our clients team in Fruitland Park. The Pool & Spa Technician will be responsible for managing a daily route, ensuring the pristine condition of pools and spas under your care.

Spherion Staffing of Lake and Sumter County has an opening for a Pool & Spa Technician located in Fruitland Park. This is a direct-hire position. The schedule is Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, occasional overtime may be needed. The pay rate is $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of pools/spas on a daily route.
-Perform routine inspections of pool/spa equipment and identify any necessary repairs.
-Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a customer-first mindset.
-Manage and prioritize daily tasks to meet service standards and deadlines.
-Keep accurate records of pool/spa maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
-Collaborate with the team to optimize service efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a daily route effectively.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in pool/spa cleaning and maintenance.
-Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
-Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Due to insurance requirements candidates must be 25 years old or older.
