Position responsibilities:
- Oversee Plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring completion within budget and timeline
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Manage project changes effectively to meet objectives and benefits
- Utilize CAD software to draw pipe layouts (experience preferred)
- Demonstrate excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
Position essential job functions:
- 3-5 years of project management experience in Plumbing preferred
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a professional business environment
- Proven track record of efficient client and team communication
- Ability to adapt to project changes without compromising goals and objectives
Skills required:
- Project management experience in Plumbing
- CAD software proficiency
- Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
