Position: Plumbing Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch plumbers to various job sites based on priority and location.
• Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job details.
• Ensure plumbers have the necessary tools and materials for each job.
• Handle emergency service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the plumbing or related industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing services and terminology is required.
• 2-year degree or high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
