Plant Manager - Water Treatment - San Diego, CA

Salary: $200-210k

The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Water Treatment Plant
• Ensuring seamless production, maintenance, and logistical operations
• Developing and implementing strategies for operational improvements
• Monitoring and evaluating plant performance, collecting and analyzing data to predict potential equipment failures
• Manage plant facilities, overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally

The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in a management role within a water treatment plant environment
• In-depth technical knowledge of water treatment, plant operations, and maintenance practices
• Familiarity with SCADA, reporting software, and industrial control systems
• High level of commitment to plant safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence
