VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) is an integrated health care delivery system, offering a comprehensive array of medical, surgical, rehabilitative, mental health and extended care to Veterans in Northern California.
We are hiring a Chief Vascular Surgeon, who is a management-level vascular surgeon who oversees the day-to-day operations of the vascular section. You will serve as a leader for the section and function administratively as the supervisor for the vascular clinic employees. This includes vascular surgeons, Medical Instrument Technicians (vascular ultrasound technicians), and physician assistants. You will report directly to the Chief of Surgical Service and be responsible for helping the section meet all performance measures and goals for patient care set forth by the VA.
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Salary $330,000.00 to $370,000.00 Per Year
