Physician Position Summary:

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Glastonbury, Connecticut area. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric Care service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care.

• Role: 100% Skilled Nursing Facility SNF consults

• Location:  Glastonbury, CT 

• Schedule:  Part-time, weekdays only (flexible schedule options available -16 hours per week)

• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

• Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Requirements:

Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)

BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
