Physician Family Medicine or IM-Peds - Grand Rapids, MI - Corewell Health System

Primary Care Practice at 426 Michigan Ave on the Medical Mile is looking for a Family Medicine or Med/Peds Physician to join their busy practice serving patients across the generational spectrum.Enjoy a flexible, four (4) day-work week in this dynamic outpatient setting in the heart of the Medical Mile.

Provider and team member collaboration, coordination, and innovation is considered key to the practice's success and the workspace is built to accommodate this.

Team-based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Large practice population with walk-in clinic, laboratory, radiology on site. Practice is a few short blocks from Butterworth Hospital.

Qualifications

Required - Bachelors Degree

BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine

LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
