Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising PT.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current PTA license in the state.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
