Physical Therapist at Mitchell Martin

We're seeking a full-time Lead Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our Health and serve Assistant Living Facilities within a 5-mile radius of our outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a leadership position.

Type: Contract to Perm/ Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible schedule available)
Location: Yardley, PA

Summary:
Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

Requirements:
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
Must be able to work independently
Must have reliable transportation and commit to driving within a 5-mile radius of the primary location
Must be comfortable working in an Assistant Living Facility with the geriatric population
Must pass required background checks

Experience:
Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome! "

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
