BSW Camp Bowie is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join the team! This 2 PT/1 PSS clinic provides exceptional care to patients of various ages with Orthopedic and high-level Neuro diagnoses. The patient population includes active older individuals and younger recreational athletes. Experience with Worker’s Compensation, Work Conditioning, Driver Ergos, POETs, LSVT, and/or dry needling is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be internally motivated to establish relationships in the clinic and community, as well as a flexible team player with great communication skills. Clinic hours are 7 AM – 6 PM Monday-Thursday and 7 AM – 12 PM Friday, and early/late shifts are required.
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
- Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
- Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
- Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promoting continuous quality improvement
- Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
