Position: Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-management techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassion and dedication to providing quality patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialization or certification in a relevant area of practice.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
