Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in Twin Falls, Idaho. Job Description:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall physical function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active Idaho physical therapist license
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Current BLS certification
