Overview:
Bone & Joint is expanding and seeking full-time Physical Therapists for Outpatient Orthopedic positions in Plover, WI. Join a respected team where PTs are highly valued, working directly with patients 1-on-1 throughout their entire treatment sessions.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• Patient-centered care: Each PT works directly with their patients for the entire session—no aides or doubling patients.
• Primarily general orthopedics with around 50% post-op care.
• All ages seen, with regular collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.

Patient Scheduling:

• Approx. 53 patients/week with 45-minute treatment sessions (including evaluations).
• Physical Therapists average 9-10 patients/day, accounting for cancellations.

Work Hours:

• Full-time position with no weekends or holidays.
• Clinic hours are 7 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Variable hours available, promoting work-life balance.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Full-time preferred, but candidates with 32+ hours/week availability will also be considered.
• New graduates are welcome and supported.
