Position Overview:
Join Back-in-Action Rehabilitation, S.C., an independent provider of Physical and Occupational Therapy since 1993, as we seek a full-time Physical Therapist for our established clinic in Fond du Lac, WI. This position offers a flexible schedule with the clinic open Monday through Friday. You’ll treat a wide range of patients in a beautiful outpatient orthopedic setting, handling conditions like work-related injuries, pain management, pre/post-operative care, auto accidents, and sports injuries.

• Full-time availability preferred; candidates with a minimum of 32 hours/week will also be considered
• No weekends, no holidays
• Default schedule: 10-hour shifts, with two days working until 7 p.m.
• Treat 12-14 patients per day on 10-hour shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $72,500+, based on experience

Key Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Dry Needling experience preferred
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Full-time availability required (32+ hours/week)
