About the Job
Our clinet located in Nazareth, PA has an immediate need for a Physical Therapist.
Type: 13 weeks Contract/ Temp
Location: Nazareth, PA
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
Requirements:
Current PA PT License
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a short-term and/or Long-term rehab (preferred)
Solid knowledge of healthcare industry and related guidelines
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms-Display a sense of curiosity, enthusiasm and eagerness to understand business constraints, environment and impact on regulation for the healthcare industry.
Excellent organization, analytical and time management skills
Experience in strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
