Physical Therapist - Seva Home Health

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for our expanding Home Health business in Tulare County and nearby areas. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with mileage reimbursement and paid driving time.

Requirements include:

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• State licensure and at least two years of experience (home health preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license

Responsibilities involve initiating evaluations, developing care plans, educating patients and caregivers, and participating in interdisciplinary teams.
