Job Summary:
The Physical therapist will carry pit an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient’s progress toward achieving functional goals. The physical Therapist will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff.
Position Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to)
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations, as well as their medical history and overall health
- Develop treatment plans that outline the specific goals and interventions for each patient
- Use a variety of techniques to help patients improve their mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to coordinate patient care and provide a holistic approach to treatment
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families about their condition and how to manage it at home
- Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Regularly updates documentation and maintains prescriptions and signatures.
- Stay up to date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities
- May also be responsible for supervising physical therapy assistants or aides.
Physical Requirements:
- Extensive standing and walking
- Lifting, position, pushing, and/or transferring patients
- Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, keeling, and crouching

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 Annual
