Schedule:  Days ( 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Pay Range:   $37.78 - $47.74/hour (5-year wage scale, union position ***contract currently being negotiated***)

Description: We are looking for a certified physical Therapist who can accurately assess, differentially diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient’s ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.

• Performs patient evaluations through the process of obtaining history, performing relevant systems reviews, and selecting and administering specific tests and measures to obtain data.
• Conducts ongoing reassessment of the patient and their response to treatment.  
•  Initiates and manages the discharge plan beginning at the first visit and continuing throughout treatment.
•  Supervises and delegates to ancillary staff and students consistent with state laws and department policy.
•  Actively participates in quality improvement activities.  

Requiremnts:

• Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy. - Required
• Current state Board of Physical Therapy licensure. - Required
• BLS certification. - Required
• One year of physical therapist experience. - Strongly Preferred
