Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care, following state Practice Act guidelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Maintain and clean treatment areas and equipment.

Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.

Complete required training (e.g., Medicare, OSHA, CPR) and maintain certification.

Meet productivity and facility requirements.

Qualifications:

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current state license/registration/certification.

CPR certification.

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift patients and perform physical tasks.
