Work Schedule:

You’ll have the flexibility to choose between a 4-day, 10-hour workweek (Monday to Thursday) or a traditional Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekends required. Our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Fridays from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Role Overview:

As a PTA, you’ll collaborate closely with our talented physical therapists to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the implementation of therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintaining accurate and organized patient records
• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care while cheering on patients as they reach their recovery goals

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused, compassionate approach to care
• Clinical experience is preferred but not required
