Responsibilities:
- Plan, evaluate, and implement treatment programs for referred patients based on established physical therapy principles and practices.
- Maintain working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel.
- Supervise assistants, aides, and students.
- Support all programs within the Rehabilitation Continuum.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week (2 days at 10 hours, 2 days at 8 hours, 1 day at 4 hours).
- Primarily based at the Boyertown location.
- Flexibility to travel to other outpatient locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience: 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred.
- Certification and Licensure:
- PA Physical Therapy License
- PA Physical Therapy Temporary Licensure will be considered
- BLS Certification
- Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
