Job Description:
As a Phone Operator will play a key role in supporting the company's communication systems and security operations by handling incoming calls and assisting with security-related matters. This hybrid role requires a combination of in-office presence and remote work, allowing flexibility for both team collaboration and individual productivity.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $17.50- $19.50 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Job Description:
As a Phone Operator will play a key role in supporting the company's communication systems and security operations by handling incoming calls and assisting with security-related matters. Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate communication systems (telephone and switchboard) to manage and direct calls.
- Answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide relevant information, transfer calls, and/or take messages when necessary.
- Route emergency calls to the appropriate staff or resources.
- Relay and route written and verbal messages in a timely manner.
- Contact security staff when required to manage safety and security operations.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and procedures effectively.
- Capacity to handle routine tasks independently, while seeking guidance in unfamiliar situations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
