Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support philanthropic initiatives.
• Collaborate with nonprofit partners to align marketing efforts with their mission.
• Organize and manage fundraising events to increase visibility and donor engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and outreach programs.
• Support the team in achieving fundraising goals and increasing brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in marketing, fundraising, or event coordination is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with a passion for philanthropy and community impact.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
