We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator at our Customer Solutions Center in Mankato, MN.
Provide customer service support to both internal and external customers based on their needs. Serve as a resource for all internal and external customers, by providing answers to all questions, concerns or service orders.
Job Functions:
- Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for projects assigned.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
- Create and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Receive and process all incoming service calls and emails from internal and external customers.
- Create, schedule and maintain all service work orders.
- Attract potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services.
- Investigate and resolve problems relating to all areas of responsibility, gather and analyze information and take proper course of action.
- Assist with sales opportunities resulting from a service request.
- Provide support to local offices on process, training and communication.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Monitor a rotating on-call phone and schedule requests accordingly.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Construction/Roofing industry knowledge/experience is a plus
- Prior customer service experience working in a call center
- Problem Solving Ability with the ability to manage difficult customer situations
- Highly motivated and strong initiative for learning and quick implementation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees in a team-oriented environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred
