Pharmacist
Inpatient Rehab
PRN (As Needed)
Minimum Hourly Pay: $60.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated pharmacist with a flexible schedule to work in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. Our facility is strongly clinically driven with a great working relationship with our physician teams. The pharmacists round with various physician teams, where specialties include stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, solid organ transplant, orthopedics and general medicine.
We are looking for someone with the ability to perform pharmacokinetic dosing,
manage warfarin dosing, provide clinical drug management expertise, and interaction with patients/families for the medication discharge process.
Responsibilities also include operational processes that are typical of hospitals. Our available shifts may include morning (7-330), evening (1130-8), weekends (7-7) and Holidays. This position is strictly per diem. Shift availablity depends on vacation or call-in coverage.
Qualifications:- Requires successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure (Pharm D or BS Pharm) Advanced degree or completion of hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Pharmacist
- BLS if required by State
- Must maintain a current license in state of practice.
- Two or more years of licensed experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
- We are looking for someone with the ability to perform pharmacokinetic dosing, manage warfarin dosing, provide clinical drug management expertise and interact with patients/families for the medication admission and discharge process.
