Job Description: The firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to support its legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all phases of case management, including client intake, drafting documents, coordinating discovery, and preparing for trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal to contribute to meaningful work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through trial.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary case information.
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witnesses.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or in civil litigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
