We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our new clinic in Bethesda, MD, in partnership with MedStar Health. Scheduled to launch in February 2025, we are actively seeking talented teammates to join us at this exciting new location.

Our integrated care model addresses these complexities head-on, seamlessly coordinating medical treatments, nutritional guidance, behavioral support, and personalized exercise regimens. By focusing on evidence-based practices, we empower patients to take control of their health and achieve sustainable results. The CoreLife Personal Trainer position is an essential role within the care model, tasked with creating an immersive and energetic environment to increase the use of “movement” as a treatment tool.
We are looking for a Personal Trainer to join our Bethesda, MD office 4-day work week 10-hour workday, and will primarily:
- Discuss and remove any barriers, in addition to facilitating positive exercise experiences. Patients enter the CoreLife program apprehensive about beginning an exercise routine.
- Develop and implement movement plans to help reduce pain, better perform daily activities for patients, and execute tailored fitness programs using corrective and functional exercise practices.
- Perform one-on-one and small-group exercises.
- Work with a collaborative team of clinicians, registered dietitians, and behavioral health specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise related field (preferred)
- Certification in Personal Training from nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) (must be active)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Previous experience with group fitness instruction is a plus but not necessary.
As a CoreLife Personal Trainer, You Can Expect:
- Pay: $45,000-$50,000/annual salary
