Kellon Insurance Agency in Bartlett, TN, is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Personal Lines Account Manager. We are a close-knit office where we work together as a team to create the best possible experience for each of our clients. As a licensed insurance personal lines account manager, you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them while following up to ensure satisfaction. We are a small office and get along well with others and show our appreciation in any way we can. We offer monthly bonus programs for growth and incentives for helping to grow the agency through new business. We realize each client presents its own set of unique needs and our primary objective is to serve and educate our clients daily by being caring and knowledgeable insurance advisors.

Responsibilities
With your keen attention to detail, youll be taking payments and updating client information.
Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in issuing insurance documentation.
With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
Use your savvy skills to assist clients with policy changes.
Requirements
An Active TN Property & Casualty License is a BONUS.
A minimum of 1 years of prior Insurance Experience is Required.
Basic computer software knowledge including experience with AMS360 or similar software is a plus.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette.
Familiarity with independent insurance companies is a plus.
