Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in personal insurance to manage and support our diverse portfolio of individual clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in personal lines insurance, experience with EPIC software, exceptional client management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of personal lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Work closely with underwriters and insurers to secure coverage and negotiate terms.
- Review and analyze policy renewals, endorsements, and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processes, and coverage adjustments.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts, process transactions, and generate reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, reports, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of managing accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
- Valid P&C-IL Insurance License required.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
- Experience with EPIC software required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
