About the Job
Omega Pacific Insurance Solutions is looking for a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager/Salesperson to join our team! This individual will be in charge of servicing existing clients and generating new Personal Lines accounts for our book of business.
Our company is growing, and we need a great candidate to join our team in!
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- Ability to work from home 2 days a week (after probationary period)
- Job Type: Full-time
- $20-$24 per hour (Negotiable, DOE), plus commission
Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Follow up with Carriers for receipt of endorsements.
- Review and process endorsements, invoicing where necessary and updating the client file with the changes made by the endorsement.
- Prepare and market renewals.
- Maintain accurate information in the companys agency management system.
- File set ups for both Agency and Client
- Initial Policy checks, including policy forms, policy term, policy number, premium, commission, etc.
- Maintains a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, and other business contacts.
- Cross sell accounts along with the producer
- Solicit and generate new clients for our agency in Personal Lines
- Market to local Real Estate & Mortgage Companies
- Other projects as needed
Requirements
- California P&C Insurance License (REQUIRED)
- Multi-Carrier Insurance Experience (Minimum 2 years)
