Personal Lines Account Manager

Position Overview

The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative is accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service. You will be part of a successful and supportive team that strives to exceed clients' expectations. You will work both independently and with your team, managing client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Provide high-quality customer service
• Servicing personal lines clients (endorsements, ID cards, assist with incoming phone calls, emails, etc.)
• Promptly respond to requests from clients, carriers, and internal staff
• Quoting and selling personal line policies to meet client needs
• Remarketing accounts
• Proficiently maintained the agency management system and set up new clients in Ezlynx
• Proactively assess client insurance needs, reviewing policies for accuracy, and identifying gaps for additional or alternate coverage based on client needs

Job-Specific, Technical Skills, and Competencies*

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Skilled in basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office
• Agency management experience
• Professional demeanor, ability to react well under pressure, treat others with respect, accept responsibility for actions, and follow through on commitments
