Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Management: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients, handling inquiries, providing policy information, and addressing their insurance needs.
Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify coverage gaps or potential risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
Claims Assistance: Assist clients in filing claims and ensure a smooth claims process by collaborating with insurance carriers.
Renewal Management: Proactively communicate with clients to review policy renewals, provide new quotes, and explore potential savings or coverage enhancements.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, policies, and endorsements in compliance with agency and industry standards.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance or a related field.
Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Insurance Knowledge: Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products, carriers, and industry practices.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Licensing: Active New York State Property & Casualty License is preferred.
