• Evaluate New Cases: Assess the viability of claims and advise clients on their options.
• Client Communication: Regularly gather information, provide case updates, and answer questions about the pre-litigation process.
• Legal Research: Investigate relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies.
• Document Preparation: Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, and correspondence with insurance companies.
• Negotiations: Engage with insurance adjusters to secure fair settlements, advocating for clients' best interests.
• Collaboration: Work with case managers and support staff to gather necessary evidence and documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for potential litigation.
• Case Management: Organize and maintain accurate case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.

• Juris Doctor (JD): Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: In good standing with the California Bar.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm.
• Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with the ability to use legal research tools and case management software effectively.
• Legal Research Skills: Strong legal research skills to support case strategies and client advocacy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and document preparation.
