Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for the legal field, particularly in personal injury law? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our firm is seeking a Permanent Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging cases, providing comprehensive support to our attorneys and clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Personal Injury Case Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and all required documentation is completed and filed accurately and timely.
2. Coordinating with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel to gather necessary information and documentation.
3. Handling intake of new personal injury cases, including initial client meetings, gathering information, and setting up files.
4. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
5. Conducting e-filing of court documents and ensuring proper service on all parties.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Personal Injury Case Manager position, you should possess the following:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager in the personal injury field.
2. Proven experience with case intake, insurance matters, medical records handling, and filing procedures, including e-filing.
3. Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, insurance representatives, medical providers, and court personnel.
