Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide legal advice
- Gather evidence and conduct research to build a strong case for clients
- Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and settlements
- Negotiate with insurance companies and other attorneys on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients about their case
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Stay up-to-date on personal injury laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association and in good standing
- At least 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
- Plaintiff experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations
- Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 (DOE)
