Are you a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for justice and a knack for negotiation? We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and results-driven legal professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent position that will afford you the opportunity to utilize your extensive knowledge of personal injury law to fight for the rights of our clients. You will be an integral part of our team, handling complex personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities:
As our Personal Injury Attorney, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring each case is handled with the utmost dedication and professionalism.
2. Conducting depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and experts.
3. Engaging in mediation and negotiation to reach settlements that are in the best interest of our clients.
4. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
5. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve the best possible outcome.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and court procedures.
5. Proven experience in conducting depositions, mediation, and negotiation.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
