About the Job
Our CEO is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Personal Assistant to provide support in managing various personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility, including availability during extended work hours and occasional weekends, to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bill payments and ensure timely processing to avoid late fees or penalties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date profit and loss (P&L) statements for various investments on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the accountant monthly to ensure proper financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Efficiently organize and manage a large volume of digital documents, creating a streamlined filing system for easy access and retrieval.
- Handle email correspondence, promptly responding to inquiries and managing various communication efforts for both personal and professional purposes.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with family-related tasks, including managing the family calendar and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting is a plus.
