Job Overview:
Seeking a Personal Assistant for a high-profile New York family to oversee personal and household operations across their NYC and Hamptons residences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a "no task too big or small" attitude, ready to handle any challenge with professionalism.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience supporting high-profile households and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex schedules, appointments, and logistics for household and office staff.
• Act as a gatekeeper, managing emails, drafting correspondence, and organizing files.
• Oversee financial reconciliations and collaborate with the Family Office for bill payments.
• Plan events, holidays, and seasonal household activities.
• Manage household staff, including recruiting, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee property maintenance schedules and ensure household standards are upheld.
• Handle personal tasks, including wellness appointments and wardrobe coordination.
• Organize travel and entertainment logistics for family members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 years of experience in household management.
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Longevity and continuity in each previous role 
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to tackle any task, big or small.
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac applications.
• Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a 24/7 work ethic.
• Valid US Work Authorization
