We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our executives. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Organize and oversee projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Run errands and manage personal tasks for executives when required.
- Assist in planning events, conferences, or special functions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role preferred.
