A Day in the Life
The Performance Marketing Manager leads the firm’s performance marketing strategy, focusing on the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels. Analyzes and reports on cross-channel data to identify trends and optimize campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies to enhance audience touchpoints and campaign efficacy. Oversees paid media efforts, providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Implements SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and partners with web teams to enhance user experience (UX). Mentors team members and fosters collaboration across departments to align goals and audiences, driving firmwide growth.
- Develop and oversee integrated performance marketing strategies, aligning campaigns with the full customer journey and firm priorities.
- Analyze cross-channel digital marketing data to optimize effectiveness and inform campaign planning.
- Collaborate with the Webmaster and vendors to shape the firm’s website vision, implement technical improvements, and enhance UX (e.g., personalization) to support marketing goals.
- Co-lead SEO efforts with the content team, integrating best practices into website and content strategies to drive organic traffic and visibility.
- Provide strategic oversight for paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Mentor and manage a team of specialists, ensuring successful execution of paid media, website projects, personalization, A/B testing, and fostering professional growth.
- Foster collaboration between marketing, content, sales, and customer journey teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Use data visualization tools to provide insights and optimize multi-channel campaign performance, focusing on lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Establish and track KPIs for campaigns, using data to guide optimizations and prioritize investments.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies contribute to lead nurturing, pipeline growth, and revenue goals.
Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- You have 5+ years of progressively responsible and well-rounded experience in performance marketing, data analytics, paid media, or digital marketing roles, preferably in a B2B or financial services organization. 2+ years in a leadership role. Digital/marketing agency experience preferred.
- You have strong knowledge and experience in crafting strategic and effective B2B customer journeys across multiple platforms including digital media, website, email marketing, events, social, and others.
- You have strong knowledge of paid media platforms, audience targeting by channel, and optimization strategies.
- You are familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4 preferred), marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).
- You have strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn multiple points of data into actionable insights.
- You have excellent project management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing planners, designers, strategists, content teams, and subject matter experts.
- You have strong project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust approaches based on audience.
- You have knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid strategies.
- You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and co-workers at all levels.
- You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.

Compensation
$95,000-$135,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
